"Asked for an exchange as product seemed to have no power to pump water as it was only trickling, had a new one delivered and it was perfect for about a fortnight then the same thing happened with the new one,it is now sat in my garden looking beautiful but useless, I am so disappointed, I think there is a design fault with the pump,I bought this after reading excellent reviews, surely I can't be that unlucky as to have 2 faulty products,just read my review and they haven't even put the right product on that I purchased ,do they just make things up"

"Loch in der LED Umrandung der mittleren Kaskade. Pumpe zu laut obwohl vollständig unter Wasser. Wasser plätschert zu laut obwohl Pumpe in der kleinsten Förderstufe. Allerdings weiss ich nicht mehr ob das auch ein Indoor Brunnen war."

"Leider waren im Lieferumfang die Stecker niht dabei, was im Text nicht erwähnt wurde! Dann funktioniert nach dem Anschließen die LED-Beleuchtung nicht! Des Weiteren musste der Brunnen vor Inbetriebnahme erstmal gründlich von innen gereinigt werden, da sich noch diverse Kleinteile von der Produktion darin befanden welche die Pumpe sonst beschädigt hätten."

De lengte van de aansluitsnoeren zijn perfect zowel voor de verlichting als het pompje, het pompje kun je inregelen en is vrij eenvoudig, de verlichting wordt geleverd met trafo. Let op bij de montage dat je de stekkertjes van de led verlichting aandraait."
