"Rats just ignored it. Caught more in the traditional snap traps. Mice can get in between the bars, steal the bait and disappear! Bought an electric rodent zapper which works well instead."

"Initially it worked, ratty took one look and left home for a fortnight. Now he's back again and has managed to remove the peanut butter without falling into the trap. The hole doesn't really look big enough for him to drop through and there doesn't look as if there is enough room in there for more than one big rat. We will keep trying, peanut butter is cheap."

"Unfortunately the picture didn't show what it was truly like, I expected the trap to be spring, not counterbalanced by a nut welded on an arm. This you could not see from photo. The retaining mechanism is far from ideal either, if you caught a few large one the could push it open potentially all escaping. Not the quality I was expecting."

"We were very disappointed. The cage did not catch any rats and we found it difficult to bait successfully. The bait seemed to be eaten although no creatures were in the cage! so could have been mice who could get in and out. We had to resort to calling for professional help from our local council which we had hoped to avoid but that proved quick and effective."
