"Product has not worked since being delivered / installed. No sign of life from the solar panel, pump or LED lights. Been advised that product needs extended duration in summer sunlight to enable it to work !! - currently leaving in situ and observing to see if it works - request a refund - been advised that the product is covered by a two year guarantee and hence will be able to exchange/refund etc during this period. At present, not convinced that the product is working properly."

"When the sun goes in the water feature stops working which I just Emailed Primrose about. On the whole a very bad experience, would not use again and would not recommend. Incidentally I am not somebody who ever leaves bad feedback these comments are sincere and honest sorry !"

"Manque support panneau solaire et plus grave la batterie de secours a rendu l'âme à la première averse. Du coup, la fontaine ne fonctionne que lorsqu'il y a du soleil et ne s'allume pas la nuit bien entendu dès lors que la batterie de secours ne fonctionne déjà plus."
