"Much larger gaps in between bamboo slats, different from photo! Extra gaps meant that I had more than I actually needed however I will use what I have left to double up! Not exactly what I had in mind, but to be honest none of this or the service could have been expected! Will not be ordering again from them at all."

"Auch für 200,-Euro kann man erwarten, dass sich wenigstens ein Stecker an dem Pumpenkabel befindet. Leider war das nicht der Fall und wir mussten einen kaufen und anschließen. Des weiteren ist die Verarbeitung nur mit durchschnittlich zu bewerten und die Verpackung war ungenügend. Nachdem wir kleine Ausbesserungsarbeiten gemacht hatten macht uns das Wasserspiel trotzdem viel Spass und sieht gut aus."

"Die Maulwurffalle bietet leider keine Erfolgsgarantie. Man kann sie noch so gut in den Maulwurfgang packen, das kleine Tierchen findet den Eingang nicht und gräbt sie nur tiefer ein und verschüttet sie mit Erde. Schade !"

"We were disapponted with the quality of the bamboo slat screening we purchased from you. The wires which tie the individual slats together were very loose indeed. We have used similar products before from other suppliers (as internal shading for our conservatory roof) but yours are not so effective. The slats of your product 'open up' and provide considerably less cover than you would think from the product photos on your web-site. It would be a better product if the galvanised wires had been tensioned a little better. Thank you for the opportunity to let you know of our disappointment. Sheila Ransley"
