"Put average as once it's up it's fine it's just getting it up.We live in a bungalow with an overhang so restricted to the height whilst on a house it doesn't matter if it's a bit high it still work but with a bungalow it's not the case. If the instructions were better with more detail it would have helped, once you drill you've used your rawl plugs !! Now we have adjusted the fitting which was a bit tricky it is great"

"So far I have received a broken plastic plus which the fixing can not be done. Because of that I have spent some times to search for a better and safer as the Anchor bolts M12 × 1000mm lenght to put them up into brick wall. I now wonder if Primrose Awnings could send some replacement for a broken plastic wall plug and wonder to hear how they would deal with the customer who wanted to put up the awning after received it but was not able to do on time because of one of broken plastic wall plus that I have received and I have spent more time and more money to buy a proper set of four Anchor bolts M12 ×1000mm lenght to complete the job for safer."
