"The order arrived next day, I was surprised to see that the packaging was ripped and the slats not protected. I also wanted the things that go on top of fences to keep birds and cats off - they were about 70p each but I would have had to pay £4.95 delivery charge to have them delivered. I was not paying more for the delivery then what the goods were. Very disappointed as I wanted them delivered with the Bamboo slats. "

"Very fast delivery thak you. Bit disappointed with one of the rolls which had a lot of black (mould?) on it. In fact I spent a few hours scrubbing the sections to remove it so it matched in better with the previous bamboo we had bought from you. We assume this must have been at the bottom of the pile and had got damp."
