"I'm sure the item would be great - if it had been delivered to us and not someone at the other end of the county. First delivery cancelled due to customs delay - annoying but understandable. We cancelled the man booked in to put the sails up and re-booked him in for the weekend following the new delivery date. The delivery day came and went (wednesday) - had stayed in all day and no delivery. Very annoyed and then had a phone call from a lovely lady at the other end of the country who had returned from work to find our items on her driveway! Called Primrose and didn't get much help from them about re-delivering it the next day. Had to cancel the man who was going to instal the sails AGAIN. We got given so many answers on Thursday about delivery - it was coming on Saturday, then it wasn't until Tuesday,then it wasn't until mid june (!!) and then a promise it would all be here by Saturday at 10am. Surprise surprise it didn't turn up. Am really really annoyed. Terrible customer service - no-one dealt with it properly and promptly and we still have no resolution. "
