"I expected the awning to last more than just a couple seasons. Before the rain starts, we always take it down. After the first season, I noticed some cracks in the fabric, but there weren’t any tears. This time unfortunately, upon taking it down, the material just ripping in different areas. I’m very disappointed in the quality and durability of this awning. I’m not sure if it was just a bad fabric cut, but if youre not looking for a product that needs replacing every couple seasons, then probably find another."
