"Looks great when all up, lit it and unfortunately a lot of smoke came out of the front. I have moved it around to get different wind directions and on different days. I dry my wood well as I have a wood burner that we use all winter. So I am disappointed as I choose high one to ensure the smoke is drawn up the chimney."

"Sehr schöner Terassenofen. Lieferung leider verspätet, aber sehr positive und proaktive Kommunikation. Transportkiste leider stark beschädigt; Tüte mit Schrauben zerrissen und Kleinteile (2 Muttern, 1 Schraube) fehlten - wahrscheinlich aus dem Karton gefallen. 2 Beulen am unteren Rand (wir denken durch Stöße beim Transport verursacht); 2 Kratzer an den Stellen, wo im Karton Risse waren (jeweils ca 6-7cm lang). Eigentlich hätte man die Ware zurücksenden müssen; war jedoch ein Geburtstagsgeschenk und somit haben wir improvisiert und den Ofen behalten. Seitens Lieferant keinerlei Beanstandungen, Service und Kommunikatiom hervorragend, aber starke Abstriche beim Transport!"
