"I can only give it one. My water feature that i bought from you had a part miising to the pump. I was told it would take 3 months for the part. I pointed out that you sell pumps and can send a part, assuming you sold pumps so must have parts. But no dont sell parts. Was told a pump would be sent free of charge and it was not. Bottom line here i had to buy a pump as one was not sent. To me that is not acceptable and wont be shopping with you anymore for this poor service. William Parsons. "
