"Garden bench arrived in torn box and metal ball on top was chipped and scratched. As I had poor service from delivery decided to spray paint damaged area myself as arranging a replacement and uplift of damaged stock seemed too much to sort when they could not even get delivery day right. Sorry to say, not impressed!"
