"It's too soon to tell how the erected greenhouse will perform, but assembly instructions were abysmal. Some parts were labelled incorrectly, and some were not labelled at all. Packaging was damaged on arrival, resulting in some (albeit minor) damage to some of the polycarbonate panels. Some of the parts were very slightly out in terms of measurements, making assembly very tricky. Furthermore, attaching the greenhouse to the base as instructed was impossible due to configuration of the parts and I had to drill new holes to bolt the parts together. Once all assembled, one of the polycarbonate panels had come adrift from where it was supposed to sit and I've had to resort to duct tape to hold it there. Note that you will need at least two people to put it together - assembling the gable ends was extremely tricky, even with two of us. All in all, very disappointed and just hope that, now it's up, it makes up for initial frustrations."

"Quality of goods look okay but the assembly instructions are poor and hard to understand to affect assembly, if you are not experienced in their assembly methods. Asked Wendy Chamberlain of Primrose for Quote for someone to assemble my order. Have got the quote and accepted it from Wendy and have still some not received any contact from Wendy or an installer. "We would give 9/10 for the greenhouse, but only 1/10 for the instructions. We have assembled many products before, but never met such terrible instructions. There was no narrative even to summarise the actions needed or explain the diagrams, especially the order of assembly to be done. Because of this, assemblies frequently had to be dismantled to slot extra bolts in place. You could have avoided this by adding extra 'slots' where bolts could be inserted at a later time, as you had in fact on some of the bars. When finished, the structure is good and sound, but with those instructions the response was 'Never again'!"
