"The fence panels supplied were nothing like the photographs. The photos on the website show clean, neat, regular panels. What was supplied was damaged, irregular and messy panels. It is clear that the panels in the photographs are the very best that one can expect. The reality is likely to be so much worse."

"Primrose was 1/3rd more expensive than other hazel panels but the pictures on the web site looked really good quality so we decided to pay the extra. We were very disappointed at the quality when they arrived. "
