"All four of these have broken after three uses. The middle bar does not seem to support the structure adequately. We ordered the metal version thinking that this would be more substantial. Please advise how we can get these changed."

"Extremely poor quality item, appreciate that it is budget but this made of materials not fit for purpose. One of the metal frame pieces was buckled during set up and one of guy rope fastening loops broke off when fastening the guy rope. Really awful."
