"The cascade did not work BUT the service I received after this was first class. I was advised to check if there was an airlock by jiggling and shaking the pump. When this was not successful I telephoned on Tuesday morning - call lasted only a couple of minutes and a total replacement was sent and received Wednesday. This cascade worked as we had hoped. It was for a present and now has pride of place in the garden. The after sales service was excellent."
