"The product arrived in very poor condition with paint falling off the areas where it was rusted. Draper have agreed to replace it should any further faults emerge"

"The post hole auger did the job but the tee bar handle is held in place with a small grub screw which soon worked loose on the first hole. Re-tightening stripped the thread and the handle was loose for the rest of the job. This is very poor and would be easily remedied with a proper bolt fixing."

"Excellent quality (location of the handle could be more secure). Excellent for digging earth for a new post, not so good for re-excavation of cement remains from an old rotten post (obviously)"
