"The fencing I ordered was great and was quickly delivered. However I needed to contact customer service and this was a horrendous experience. I needed an order confirmation as I hadn't received this and it took me 19 minutes to get to talk to someone who didn't want to answer my question and told me I had to email accounts. When I complained and said I wanted to speak to a manager, she went to speak to the manager but didn't put me on hold so I heard her conversation which wasn't complimentary about me! I will not be ordering from this company again."
