"The items (fencing panels) were delivered in 2 shipments. The first was around 3 weeks late despite it supposedly being next day delivery.
When I received the first shipment the quality was appalling beyond belief. It was dirty and damaged, and looked like something someone had rescued from a tip.
It was good only for burning. I telephoned Primrose to cancel the order. This was the good part about the customer service, the woman I spoke to was very helpful and efficient - although not particularly apologetic.
2 days later, the remainder of the shipment arrived - after I had received my refund.
These articles were much better than first, but I they weren't worth the money and I sent them back, having had a refund. they weren't even worth having for free."
