"The item I ordered has proved to be exactly what I was looking for. The delivery however, was not as good. Having asked for next day delivery and it confirmed as such the goods did not arrive so I was not available when they were. The delivery company "dropped" them into the back garden and stated they were in the rear porch-which we do not have! Having contacted Primrose they arranged for a second delivery, when I was in and this one arrived as agreed. Primrose then decide that they would not collect the first delivery so I now have two sets of what was ordered. Not sure what I shall do with the original item which is perfectly serviceable. The follow up service by Primrose allows me to award a 4, the delivery companyy would get -4 if I was assessing them."
