"We ordered a couple of thousand pounds worth of planters from Primrose. Firstly, we had damaged planters - one of which we had to ask for a replacement. They said they would deliver the replacement by 1st December however it never turned up. They then argued that it had been delivered despite nothing showing up on our 14 security cameras for the signed for time or even that day. Their customer service team argued this with me for a number of days and then eventually sent the replacement. We then ordered a second batch of planters as they needed to match. On the website, they were written as 'in stock' and for delivery by 20th December. I then had to chase their whereabouts during the Christmas period as they had not arrived. I received a response to say that they weren't in stock until 29th January which will be two months since they were ordered!"
